120 Notice of Tribunal's intent to recommend annexation
proceed and the Land and Property Rights Tribunal is satisfied that
the affected municipal authorities and the public are generally in
agreement with the annexation, the Tribunal must notify the
RSA 2000
Minister, all the local authorities that the Tribunal considers would
be affected by the annexation and anyone else the Tribunal
considers should be notified that
(a) there appears to be general agreement with the proposed
annexation, and
(b) unless objections to the annexation are filed with the
Tribunal by a specified date, the Tribunal will make its
recommendation to the Minister without holding a public
hearing.
