240.8 Report on sufficiency of recall petition

(1) The Minister must, within 45 days after the date on
which a recall petition is filed, determine whether the recall petition
is sufficient or insufficient in accordance with the regulations, if
any, and any direction and orders referred to in section 240.96.
(2) Repealed 2024 c11 s2(18).
