8.01 Safety Code Council advice and recommendations
Safety Codes Act.
(2) The Minister may request advice and recommendations from
the Council on any matter to which this Act applies, including the
following:
(a) the building or construction of a new home;
(b) the requirements applicable to a home warranty insurance
contract;
(c) the licensing requirements applicable to a residential
builder.
