32 Proving claim
there has been an extension of time for payment of the claim then,
if proceedings are commenced by any other person to enforce a lien
against the same property, the lienholder may, nevertheless, prove
and obtain payment of the lienholder's claim in those proceedings
as if the period of credit or the extended time had expired.
