18 Provision of information
person has engaged in or is engaging in any activity that is causing
or may cause a threat to the health of the public or a class of the
public, the medical officer of health may by notice in writing
require the person to provide to the medical officer of health within
the time specified in the notice any information respecting the
activity that is specified in the notice.
(2) A person who receives a notice under subsection (1) shall
comply with it.
