52.2 Local state of public health emergency
consultation with the Chief Medical Officer, the Minister is of the
opinion that
RSA 2000
(a) a public health emergency exists or may exist in an area of
Alberta, and
(b) prompt coordination of action or special regulation of
persons or property is required in order to protect the public
health,
the Minister may make an order declaring a local state of public
health emergency relating to all or part of that area of Alberta.
