52.91 Termination of employment prohibited
discriminate against an employee for an absence from employment
(a) that is by reason only of the employee providing a type of
service under section 12.1,
(a.1) that is in respect of and occurs during a public health
emergency declared under section 52.1 and
(i) that is by reason only of the employee having being
subject to a certificate issued pursuant to section 39, or
(ii) that is by reason only of the employee having been
subject to an isolation order pursuant to section 44,
(b) that is by reason only of the employee rendering aid under
section 52.6(1)(b), or
(c) that is authorized under section 52.6(1.1).
