66.2 Court enforcement
Minister, a regional health authority or, in the case of section 59, 60
or 61, an executive officer, make any order it considers necessary
to enforce this Act.
(2) An application under this section may be heard in any manner
the Court considers appropriate and may be heard before the
application is filed.
(3) An interim order may be made under this section on an ex
parte application.
