11 Exclusion from classification plan
include the positions of deputy ministers and any other positions or
classes of positions that are excluded from it by the Minister with
the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
(2) Before approving the exclusion of a position or class of
positions from the classification plan, the Lieutenant Governor in
Council shall obtain a report from the Commissioner as to the
desirability of that action.
