49 Application of Court of Justice Act

The Court of Justice Act and the regulations made under that
Act, to the extent they are not changed by or provided for in this
Act or the regulations under this Act, apply to proceedings before
the Court of Justice and to appeals from decisions of the Court of
Justice.
