31 Confidentiality of Complaint Complaint confidential
written consent of the complainant,
(a) disclose the identity of the complainant, or any information
by which the complainant may be identified, to another
person or to a court, public body or law enforcement
agency, or
(b) disclose, provide access to or produce the complaint, or
another document or thing by which the complainant may
be identified, to another person or to a court, public body or
SAFER COMMUNITIES AND
law enforcement agency without severing any information
by which the complainant may be identified.
(2) Subsection (1) applies notwithstanding the Access to
Information Act.
