49 Decision by Court
considerations set out in section 43(2) and may
(a) dismiss the appeal,
(b) allow the appeal,
(c) allow the appeal subject to terms,
(d) vary the order of the Director,
(e) refer the matter back t o the Director for further
consideration and order, or
SAFER COMMUNITIES AND
(f) make any other order that th e Court considers appropriate.
(2) The Court may make any order as to costs that it considers
appropriate.
