Current to 2025-06-11 · Official PDF

If
(a) a testator makes a will disposing of property to a
beneficiary, and
(b) after the making of the will and before his or her death, the
testator disposes of an interest in the property,
the beneficiary inherits any remaining interest the testator has in
the property at the time of death unless the Court, in interpreting
the will, finds that the testator had a contrary intention.
