3 Applications to the Court
same meanings as in the Court of King's Bench Act.
(2) An application to the Court under this Act must be heard by a
judge and not by an applications judge.
(3) For greater certainty, section 11 of the Alberta Evidence Act
applies in respect of evidence offered or taken in an application to
the Court under this Act.
