20.07 Occupancy Date Definitions
Act,
(a) "final occupancy date" means either
(i) the single fixed date by which a developer will make
a particular unit available for occupancy
(A) as set out in the occupancy date statement,
(B) as becomes binding on the purchaser under
section 20.09(3),
(C) as provided in a writte n notice of revised final
occupancy date under section 20.1(2)(b), or
(D) as agreed to by a purch aser and developer under
20.11(1),
o r
(ii) the latest date in a range of dates within which the
developer will make a particular unit available for
occupancy
(A) as set out in the occupancy date statement, or
(B) as provided in a writte n notice of revised final
occupancy date under section 20.1(2)(b);
(b) "occupancy date statement" means a statement, referred to
in section 12(1)(k) of the Act, that contains the
information set out in section 20.08(1).
