20.4 Termination of Agreements Agreements that cannot be terminated
agreements cannot be terminated by the corporation:
(a) easements;
(b) restrictive covenants;
(c) exclusive possession agreements entered pursuant to a
bylaw;
(d) mutual use agreements among corporations;

(e) agreements for the provisio n of electricity or natural gas
for a term of less than 5 years;
(f) agreements respecting an a lternative or renewable energy
system;
(g) agreements for the pr ovision of telecommunication
services or facilities.
