52 Amalgamated corporation
an amalgamated corporation,
(a) the boards of the amalgam ating corporations cease to
exist, and
(b) the persons who were the members of the boards of the
amalgamating corporations become the temporary board
of the amalgamated corporation.
(2) The temporary board holds office until a meeting of the
amalgamated corporation is convened and a board is elected.
