60.1 Definitions
classes of residential units on the parcel,
(a) "class of residential units " means residential units on the
parcel
(i) having a comparable des ign or comparable original
fixtures and finishing, or
(ii) in similar types of build ings, in the case of multiple
buildings on a condominium plan;
(b) "fixtures and finishing" means the property described in
section 61.1(3);
(c) "standard insurable unit description" means a description,
as provided to purchasers by the developer, or as adopted
by the corporation under section 61.2(2), of standard
fixtures and finishing in a residential unit or a class of
residential units.
