77 Mediation and arbitration
wish to deal with the dispute under section 69 of the Act but are
unable to agree on a mediator or an arbitrator, as the case may be,
the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society is, subject to any
agreement between the parties, authorized to appoint a person as a
mediator or an arbitrator in respect of that dispute.
