4 Disposal of things
abates or removes or orders the abatement or removal of any thing
Section 5 AR 243/2003
that is or is likely to become a nuisance, the executive officer may
dispose of the thing in any manner the executive officer considers
proper, and the owner of the thing has no claim in respect of it.
