In this Regulation,
(a) "Act" means the Residential Tenancies Act;
(b) "non-owner landlord", in respect of residential premises,
means a person who falls within the definition of landlord
in the Act, other than an owner of the premises;
(c) "security deposit trust account" means a trust account
referred to in section 44(1)(a) of the Act for security
deposits consisting of money.
