2.1 Modification of notice periods set out in Act
terminate a periodic tenancy for the reason prescribed in section
2(2)(c)(ii) of this Regulation only if the landlord serves on the

tenant a notice to terminate the tenancy 365 days before the date set
out in the notice to terminate.
