In this Regulation,
(a) repealed AR 86/2020 s2;
(b) "Administrator" means the individual appointed as the
Administrator in accordance with section 55 of the
Residential Tenancies Act;
(c) "Dispute Resolution Serv ice" means the Residential
Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service established under
section 2;
(d) "tenancy dispute officer" means an individual appointed
as a tenancy dispute officer in accordance with section 55
of the Residential Tenancies Act.
