15 Making of order
circumstances, where the tenancy dispute officer is satisfied that
(a) an order that has been applied for is justified, the tenan cy
dispute officer shall make that order, or
(b) another order that could h ave been applied for is justified,
the tenancy dispute officer may make that other order.

RESIDENTIAL TENANCY DISPUTE
(2) A tenancy dispute officer may include in any order the terms
and conditions that the tenancy dispute officer considers fair and
proper in all the circumstances.
(3) In making an order, a tenancy dispute officer may consider any
relevant information obtained by the tenancy dispute officer in
addition to the evidence given at the hearing if the tenancy dispute
officer first informs the parties of the additional information and
gives them an opportunity to explain or refute it.
(4) Subject to this Regulation, a tenancy dispute officer may grant
any remedy that a judge of the Court of Justice may grant under
