Part 3 — or 4 of the Residential Tenancies Act or Part 3 or 4 of the Mobile Home Sites Tenancies Act.
18 Form and timing of order
(a) be in writing, and
(b) be signed and dated by the tenancy dispute officer.
(2) The tenancy dispute officer shall give reasons in support of the
order either orally, if on the record, or in the order itself.
(3) An order must be given not later than 30 days following the
day on which proceedings conclude.
