3 Residential tenancy agreement provision void

For greater certainty, this Regulation voids any provision in a
residential tenancy agreement referred to in section 1 with respect
to
(a) the imposition or charging of late fees or penalties for t he
period between April 1, 2020 and June 30, 2020, and
(b) the enforcement or collec tion of late fees or penalties
charged on or after July 1, 2020 for the period between
April 1, 2020 and June 30, 2020.
