54 Suspension pending appeal
panel or the Council, as the case may be, may, on the conclusion of
a hearing, suspend the registration of the investigated person until
RSA 2000
the time that the Council or the Court of Appeal, as the case may
be, makes its decision on the appeal.
(2) An investigated person whose registration has been suspended
under subsection (1) may, by filing an application with the Court of
King's Bench and serving a copy on the Registrar, apply for an
order to remove the suspension pending the determination of the
appeal under section 55.
(3) The Court of King's Bench may hear an application made
under this section not less than 10 days after the application has
been served on the Registrar.
(4) On hearing an application made under this section the Court of
King's Bench may, subject to any conditions that it considers
proper, remove the suspension pending the determination of the
appeal under section 55 or 59, as the case may be.
