Part 6 — General

66 Liability of authorized entity

(1) The relationship between an authorized entity in the practice
of architecture and a person receiving the professional services of
that authorized entity is subject to this Act, the regulations and any
other law applicable to the relationship between a registered
architect and the architect's client or between a licensed interior
designer and the licensed interior designer's client.
(2) The relationship of a registered architect or visiting project
architect to an architects corporation or joint firm, whether as
shareholder, director, officer or employee of that corporation or

firm, does not affect, modify or diminish the application of this
Act, the regulations and the bylaws
(a) to the registered architect or visiting project architect
personally as a registered architect or visiting project
architect, or
(b) to the relationship between the registered architect and t he
architect's client.
(3) The relationship of a licensed interior designer or visiting
project interior designer to an interior design corporation, whether
as shareholder, director, officer or employee of that corporation,
does not affect, modify or diminish the application of this Act, the
regulations
and the bylaws
(a) to the licensed interior designer or visiting project inte rior
designer personally as a licensed interior designer or visiting
project interior designer, or
(b) to the relationship between the licensed interior designer
and the licensed interior designer's client.
