132 Calling meetings
(a) shall call an annual meeting of shareholders to be held not
later than 18 months after
(i) the date of its incorporation, or
(ii) the date of its certificat e of amalgamation, in the case of
an amalgamated corporation,
and subsequently not later than 15 months after holding the
last preceding annual meeting, and
(b) may at any time call a speci al meeting of shareholders.

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the corporation may apply to
the Court for an order extending the time in which the first or the
next annual meeting of the corporation shall be held.
(3) Repealed 2014 c17 s57.
(4) If, on an application under subsection (2), the Court is satisfied
that it is in the best interests of the corporation, the Court may
extend the time in which the first or the next annual meeting of the
corporation shall be held, in any manner and on any terms it thinks
fit.
