15.9 Warning on certificate
share certificate issued by it displays in a prominent position on the
face of the certificate the information that the liability of an owner
of the share or shares represented by the certificate for any liability,
act or default of the unlimited liability corporation is unlimited in
extent and joint and several in nature.
(2) The liability of a shareholder of an unlimited liability
corporation is unaffected by any failure of the unlimited liability
corporation to comply with subsection (1).
