151 Exemption orders
(a) the Commission, if the cor poration is a reporting issuer, or
(b) the Court, if the corporation is not a reporting issuer,
may make an order on any terms it considers appropriate
exempting that person from the application of section 149 or
150(1), and the order may have retrospective effect.
