20.2 Alternative agent for service
who is a resident Albertan.
(2) Forthwith after the appointment of an alternative agent for
service, the corporation shall give to the Registrar a notice of the
appointment in the form required by the Registrar.
(3) The corporation shall forthwith give to the Registrar a notice of
any change in the name or contact information of the alternative
agent for service in the form required by the Registrar.
(4) An alternative agent for service for a corporation who intends
to resign shall give not less than 60 days' notice to the corporation
at its registered office, and the corporation shall give to the
Registrar a copy of the notice.
(5) If the alternative agent for service of a corporation dies or the
alternative agent's appointment is revoked, the corporation shall
give to the Registrar a notice to that effect.
