259 Certificate of Registrar as evidence

(1) When this Act requires or authorizes the Registrar to issue
a certificate or to certify any fact, the certificate must be signed by
the Registrar or by an individual authorized by the Registrar.
(2) Except in a proceeding under section 214 to dissolve a
corporation, a certificate referred to in subsection (1) or a certified
copy of it, when introduced as evidence in any civil, criminal or
administrative action or proceeding, is conclusive proof of the facts
so certified without proof of the signature or official character of
the person appearing to have signed the certificate.
