16 Definitions
(a) "claim" means a claim that m ay result in a money judgment
being granted if the claim is established;
(b) "claimant" means a person asserting a claim;
(c) "dealing", in reference to p roperty, includes transferring,
mortgaging, charging, using, disposing of, creating an
interest in or doing anything to the property;
(d) "defendant" means a pers on against whom a claim is
asserted;
(e) "exigible property" means pr operty that would be exigible if
the defendant were an enforcement debtor;
(f) "third person" means a person other than a defendant or a
claimant.
