56 Division 2 Securities Definitions
corporation other than a distributing corporation within the
meaning of the Business Corporations Act.
(2) In this Division, "appropriate person", "endorsement",
"entitlement order", "instruction", "issuer", "securities
intermediary" and "security entitlement" have the same meaning as
in the Securities Transfer Act.
