166 Division 13 Miscellaneous Representation of company at meetings of another corporation
resolution of the directors, authorize any of its officials or any other
person to act as its representative at any meeting of that other
company, and the person so authorized is entitled to exercise the
same powers on behalf of the company the person represents as if
the person were an individual shareholder of that other company.
