231 Arrest of absconding contributory
winding-up order, may on proof of probable cause for believing
that a contributory is about to leave Alberta, or otherwise to
abscond or to remove or conceal any of the contributory's property
for the purpose of evading payment of calls or of avoiding
questioning respecting the affairs of the company, cause the
contributory to be arrested, and the contributory's books and papers
and movable personal property to be seized, and him or her and
them to be safely kept until such time as the Court may order.
