78 Liability of executor, etc.
trustee holding shares or other interest of or for any estate or person
described in the register as being represented by him or her is
personally subject to any liability in respect of those shares or
interest, but the estate or person so represented is liable as if the
testator or intestate, the minor, ward, cestui que trust or other
person were entered in the register as the member holding the
shares or interest and were competent to hold them or it.
