93 Register of directors
of its directors, and enter therein the following particulars:
(a) the full names and addresses of the directors;
(b) the date on which eac h director was appointed;
(c) the date on which each dir ector ceased to hold office as
director or manager.
(2) Every company shall file with the Registrar a notice of its first
directors within 15 days after their appointment, and within 15 days
after any change among the directors is made shall also file with the
Registrar a notice of the change.
(2.1) Within 15 days after a change in the address of a director, the
company shall file with the Registrar a notice of the change.
(3) A company that fails to comply with this section is guilty of an
offence.
