12.1 Developer to provide occupancy permit
permit or written permission in respect of a unit pursuant to the
regulations under the Safety Codes Act, the developer shall provide
to a purchaser prior to or at the time that the purchaser takes
possession of the unit a copy of the occupancy permit or written
permission.
