13 Rescission of purchase agreement
written notice to the developer within 10 days of the later of
(a) the date the purchaser receives all of the information and
documents required to be delivered to the purchaser under
section 12, and
(b) the date the purchaser signs the purchase agreement.
(2) If a purchase agreement is rescinded under subsection (1), the
developer shall, within 15 days from the developer's receipt of a
written notice of the rescission from the purchaser, return to the
purchaser all of the money paid in respect of the purchase of the
unit.
