17.2 Return of Corporation Property Return of corporation property
for a corporation by a condominium manager or a member of the
board, including, without limitation, the documents referred to in
section 12(1) and prescribed documents, are the property of the
corporation.
(2) A condominium manager shall, within 30 days after the
termination of a management agreement, at no charge, return to the
corporation all property belonging to the corporation, including,

without limitation, the documents and records referred to in
subsection (1) and prescribed property.
(3) An individual who ceases to be a member of the board shall,
within 30 days after ceasing to be a member of the board, at no
charge, return to the corporation all property belonging to the
corporation, including, without limitation, the documents and
records referred to in subsection (1) and prescribed property.
