68.7 Judicial review
review of a decision of the Tribunal may be made in accordance
with the regulations and the Alberta Rules of Court.
(2) An application for judicial review must be filed and served no
later than 30 days after a party to a dispute receives the Tribunal's
decision.
(3) An application for judicial review does not stay the Tribunal's
decision with respect to a dispute unless the Court directs
otherwise.
