71.1 Service on owner
be served by a corporation on an owner
(a) by personal service on the owner,
(b) by ordinary mail or recorded mail addressed to
(i) the owner's address as registered at a land titles office,
or
(ii) an alternative address fo r service provided by the owner
to the corporation,
or
(c) by electronic means to an electronic address that the owner
has specifically provided as an address to which information
may be provided by those electronic means.
(2) Service is deemed to have been effected
(a) on the date on which acknow ledgment of receipt of recorded
mail is signed,
(b) 7 days after the date on which the document is sent by
ordinary mail, or
RSA 2000
(c) 24 hours after the document is sent by electronic means.
