78.01 Inspections and Investigations Appointment and identification of inspector
(2) An inspector who enters any place under the authority of this
Act must, on request,
(a) produce a document that identifies the person as an
inspector under this Act, and
(b) explain the purpose for which the inspector is entering the
place.
