79.8 Protection from liability
agents or delegates or a member of an appeal board under the
Consumer Protection Act hearing an appeal under this Act for
anything done or omitted to be done by any of them in good faith
RSA 2000
while exercising their powers and performing their duties under
this Act or the regulations.
