146 Mandatory solicitation
must, concurrently with giving notice of a meeting of investment
shareholders, send a form of proxy in prescribed form to each
investment shareholder who is entitled to receive notice of the
meeting.
(2) The management of a cooperative is not required to send a
form of proxy under subsection (1) if
(a) it is not a distributing cooperative, and
(b) it has fewer than 15 inve stment shareholders entitled to vote
at a meeting, 2 or more joint holders being counted as one
investment shareholder.
