236 Dispensing with auditor
233 may resolve not to appoint an auditor by
(a) special resolution of the members, and
(b) special resolution of all investment shareholders, includi ng
those who do not otherwise have the right to vote.
(2) A resolution under subsection (1) is valid only until the next
annual meeting of members.
