294 Application for hearing in private
that a Court hearing or a hearing conducted by a Court-appointed
inspector be held in private, and for directions on any matter
arising in the course of the investigation.
(2) A person whose conduct is being investigated, or who is being
questioned at a hearing conducted by a Court-appointed inspector,
has the right to be represented by counsel.
