337 Filing statements
dissolve referred to in section 308 and a statement of revocation of
intent to dissolve referred to in section 311.
(2) When this Act requires that articles or a statement relating to a
cooperative be sent to the Registrar, on receiving the articles or
statement in the form set by the Registrar, any other required
documents and the prescribed fees, the Registrar must
(a) record the date on which the articles or statement was
received,
(b) issue the approp riate certificate,
(c) send the certificate and the articles or statement, or copies of
them, to the cooperative or its representative, and
(d) publish a notice of the issu ance of the certificate in a
publication generally available to the public.
(3) A certificate referred to in subsection (2) that is issued by the
Registrar may be dated as of the date of the receipt of the articles or
statement or as of any later date specified by the Court or the
person who signed the articles or statement.
(4) Notwithstanding subsection (3), a certificate of discontinuance
may be dated as of the day a cooperative amalgamates under
another Act or is continued.
